Do you ship in winter? Yes! We ship all year round! We use different packaging methods to ensure your item arrives alive. Sometimes we use non-ventilated boxes. No worries! They will still get fresh air inside these boxes and we may even use a heating pad if we feel it is necessary. We recommend not ordering if the nighttime minimum temperature drops below -4°C. We always ship because we understand that pets need food but are too cold in the lower temperatures. In the cooler seasons they may appear dead on arrival but they are usually just hibernating. Keeping it warm for 3-4 hours will usually return it to normal.
