Foxing of pages and large stain to back cover and partially to the last page and partially to left of front cover. The Tuscan by Stradivari is the only violin remaining from the "Medici Quintet" which Stradivari made in 1690 for the Grand Prince of Tuscany. It is housed in a museum in Rome and is considered to be one of the most important Stradivarius violins. The booklet's narrative is about the history of this violin and its ownership, how it came to be preserved, and its construction and dimensions.
