Description: Offered is a 9 1/4" tall x 6 7/8" wide x 2 1/2" deep flask in excellent condition. It is crudely made, having flaws and scars, as seen in the photos. Please enlarge the photos for a closer look. noting the V-shaped lip and the broken off pontil mark. The only way that I can get this flask to stand up is to face it vertically. If I try to set it horizontally, it falls over. I believe this flask to be 18th century. It weighs 2 lbs.5.9 oz. before packaging.
