Description: THIS IS THE SMALLER VERSION (I HAVE LISTED A LARGE MODEL ALSO) OF A BEAUTIFUL AND RARE VINTAGE (1902 TO 1930's) MARBLE'S SAFETY 5-1/2"CLOSED FOLDING HUNTER WITH PERFECT STAG AND CLEAR MARKINGS AND THE BLADE IS FULL AND HAS A NICE FINISH (SEE PICTURES), IT IS ONE OF THE BEST ALL THE WAY AROUND. The blade alone is 4-1/2"very sharp and has a hard locking 90-degree 1/2 stop and snap like a big bear trap! also it is tight with no play and the blade sits in the right position open and closed. The handles are PERFECT STAG with GREAT COLOR WITH THE AGE and absolutely no cracks, chips or any imperfections with brass liners and steel pins. It has beautiful thick nickel silver front and rear bolsters with no dings, all tight and right! The Blade is near full and does have some scratches. Overall the knife blade is in EXCELLENT CONDITION AND HAS THE ORIGINAL MARBLES SAFETY LEATHER SHEATH (A RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND SHEATH)! I HAVE ANOTHER VERY NICE LARGE VERSION MARBLES SAFTEY FOLDER LISTED, ALSO VERY NICE, THE LARGE VERSION WITH THE RARE ORIGINAL SHEATH ALSO. This is just one of many knives I am and will be selling.
