Fahnestock, pending hearing of charges brought against Mrs. Fahnestock by him. Mrs. Fahnestock who recently started divorce proceedings at Newport, swore out a writ in the District Supreme Court accusing her husband of illegally removing their children from a train at Union Station in Washington while they were enroute from Aiken, South Carolina to New York. Mr. Fahnestock has started proceedings in an attempt to gain permanent custody of the children. Divorce-miscellaneous Photo measures 6.5 x 8.5 inches. Photo Is dated 1935.
