Description: The dress’ base color is an extreme midnight blue. Darker than a navy. I do think it’s closer to black and meant it be black by todays standards. There is nothing wrong with the color, but explaining the real life color of it. That or a very dark smoky charcoal color. The designs are baskets of possibly roses or tulips. I don’t believe the off white is suppose to be a bright pure white. Garment has been soaked and presents beautifully. The netting especially is in great condition.
