Description: 1960s vintage Bennington Potters soup plate in Blue Agate glaze. Wonderful find from a Vermont home that had several Bennington Potters items. The plate has the wonderful feel of vintage earthenware that has been well loved. In perfect condition. 1961 is the model number assigned by David Gil (the dg in the incised signature on base) and not the year; however this plate DOES date from the 1960s.
