All sales are final: "The Buyer" as evaluated all twelve detailed photos and understands there are absolutely no refunds and all sales are final. 5. Due Diligence: Once the payment has been made by "The Seller", "The Buyer" agrees to use the USPS delivery method as listed in this contract. "The Property" shall only be shipped once the payment has been submitted and been cleared by the third party payment provider, Ebay. Once the funds are successfully being held by Ebay, the item will ship within One business day unless there is a "Vis Major". Covid-19: The "Parties" hereby acknowledge that while current events related to the Covid-19 pandemic are known, future impacts of the outbreak are unforeseeable and shall be considered a Force Majeure event to the extent that they prevent the performance of a Party's obligations under this Agreement. 8. Loss and Damages during Shipment: "The Property" will be fully insured through an Insurance company chosen by "The Seller". During shipment, "The Property" will be tracked using "The United States Postal Service" certified mail and it will require the signature of "The Buyer" upon delivery. 9. Failure to Execute Contract: If any step in this contract is not executed, the contract will be null and void and "The Seller" will not be liable for any claims of damages, property or otherwise as a result of a failure in execucion of this contract.
