It was sold at the stadium as a program and it has an UNSCORED score sheet. On the cover is Mike Krukow. It is in very good+ condition and has been stored away since 1987 when I purchased it from Woodford Publishing in San Francisco. There is some cover to cover wear, especially near the binding edge of the book and there is a price sticker on the cover. Winner pays $7.00 for first class mail shipping & handling.
