Description: You are looking at a 1989-90 NBA Hoops #75 Manute Bol card. This card and has been signed by Manute on the front in black sharpie. I originally acquired this auto in a lot of mostly 1970s basketball card autographs approximately three years ago. Many of the autos were covered by an auction LOA and a small percentage of the cards were already encapsulated. This is one of the cards encapsulated by PSA and deemed as having an authentic autograph by PSA/DNA. I am a hair away from completing the '89 Hoops set, and to me, this is one of the iconic sets in basketball collecting as it marked the emergence of basketball card collecting to the mainstream hobby. This card boasts an autograph from Manute at a time somewhere in the later period of his basketball career. I am a huge admirer of Bol as everything I have heard over the years indicates a good, funny, and selfless man - and I have heard some terrible stories about some "good" guys over the years. Read up on Manute and you will likely agree it is a shame that Manute passed in 2010 at only 47 years old. Please take a look at the scans for condition.
