The blister packs had 20-25 cards from various sets, and the top card on each pack was a superstar caliber player on thicker card stock and black and white back (see second picture). The rest of the cards in the pack were the standard Collegiate Collection cards. Very rare item, I've tried to find more of those packs and haven't seen any. Many collectors aren't aware that these even exist. Cards are all in pack fresh condition.
