I'm unsure of the history of this card - it contains the atomic refractor pattern similar to the embossed die cut refractors from this year, but is NOT embossed, not serial numbered, and not die cut. I am guessing this is some sort of proof card. It is slightly oversized compared to a standard card but just sneaks into a top loader. Please see card condition field. eBay describes "Excellent" as potentially containing moderate corner wear/multiple dinged corners, slightly rough edges with moderate chipping and/or light indentations, minor discoloration such as wax stains on the reverse, moderate surface indentations, minor surface wrinkles, moderate scratches/scuffing, and minor staining.
