Description: 2022 MIAMI MARLINS ~ GAME USED / GAME WORN GRAY ROAD JERSEY WORN BY RELIEF PITCHER / CLOSER TANNER SCOTT # 66 PROPERLY TAGGED & MLB AUTHENTICATED, SHOWS GOOD GAME USE This auction is for a gray road jersey manufactured by Nike for the Miami Marlins in 2022 and was worn on field by star pitcher TANNER SCOTT -- who later became the prize of the 2024 trade deadline, going to the San Diego Padres amidst their playoff push. To that point, his ridiculous 2024 numbers included 18 saves, 53 strikeouts in 45 innings pitched, and a 1.18 ERA. Scott has been a big leaguer now for 8 seasons (2017-2021 with the Baltimore Orioles; 2022-2024 with the Miami Marlins; and presently with San Diego), and he keeps getting better with age... 2024 was his first All-Star season. The jersey is a 100% polyester button down style, gray in color, with aqua and orange accents on the sleeve endings. The front of the jersey features the current Miami team logo, all sewn on in 3-layers of twill material: dark blue bordered by aqua, with an orange drop shadow. A black Nike swoosh symbol is above the team logo. The left sleeve features the embroidered Marlin and baseball sleeve patch. The front tail of the jersey contains the manufacturer and team tags: - The Nike tag that cotains the Nike logo, the MLB Authentic Collection logo and the Engineered to the exact specifications text.- A strip tag that contains a QR code, the MLB and Nike logos, and the following information: #66 2022 46 + 1 (player number, year, size of jersey with 1 inch of length added). Affixed to the strip tag is the holographic numbered MLB authentication sticker that reads "YP067118" which when looked up on the MLB authentication website you will see info that Tanner Scott wore this jersey in professional games. The back contains the name "SCOTT" and a large #66. The name is sewn with 2 layers of twill material: dark blue bordered by aqua, where as the number is sewn on with 3 layers: dark blue bordered by aqua, with an orange drop shadow.
