Description: 3 DIFFERENT ANTIQUE OVAL SHAPED SMALL COIN SAVINGS BANKS WITH COPPER STREAKS RUNNING THROUGHOUT This is for 3 different foreign antique coin banks that are made of steel with copper colored streaks running throughout them. These oval shaped bank-issued boxes all have a handle on the top. The tops of 2 of the banks are marked by the manufacturer, the Corbin Cabinet Lock Co. out of New Britain, Connecticut and a newest patent number that dates to 1909. The third bank is marked on the handle with, "Heinzelmannchen" and "Bode's Geldschrankfabrik Hannover" on the sides and "B-88" on the other side. The sides of all the banks have a place to put bills and coins in them. They are all missing tags on the opposite sides I believe. They measure about 3" tall by 4 and 1/4" wide by 2 and 1/4" thick. They are all locked on the bottoms. There is no key available though. The banks used to hold these. Banks are in good condition overall for their age with some natural wear present. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Wonderful old steel savings banks from foreign countries would be a great find for your collection. Don't miss them.
