Your magazine fits into the bottom of the speed loader where it meets with a bullet shaped hole inside the bottom of the speed loader to help prevent your rounds from just falling through the bottom. The 2 pieces fit together perfectly and the slider piece fits perfectly for smooth travel downward loading your rounds into your Magazine. This speed loader has numbered line markings printed in the plastic. It is numbered in 5 round increments from 5 to 30 rounds and is compatible with 5.56 and .223 rounds.
