S. O'Connell, for years affiliated with the hobby's longest-running periodical (Sports Collectors Digest), issued this card (along with more than 200 others) through his own publication, The Infield Dirt, for nearly a decade starting in 1984. Each card features an O'Connell Ink art work with player identification on the front and card number. The back is blank.
