Description: The 50 State Commemorative Quarters is a coin program which consists of 50 unique coins, one for each state, commemorating the states in the Union. My 50 State One side of each coin consists of Washington face quarters, and the reverse side contains an event or image from United States history. Five coins will be released to the public each year starting from 1999. These are issued in the order in which the states entered the Union, or in the order the states ratified the Constitution (for the Original Thirteen Colonies).
