Description: Item : This coastal seascape has been painted in a unique range of teals and soft greens with warm yellow oranges. The scene looks out over a bay from the shore. This painting is on canvas and measures 20" by 30". With the frame, it measures 24 1/4" by 35 1/4". It is signed Alma in the right hand corner. There is a Buck Saunders Pictures and Frames tag on the back of the painting which looks to date to possibly the 40s - 60s. Buck Saunders opened one of the first galleries in Scottsdale Arizona in 1949. By the look of this tag and the name of the gallery, "Buck Saunders Pictures and Frames", I'm guessing this is from the early days of the gallery. The frame has some discoloration of the burlap and some nicks.
