Description: Fabulous find! Antique beautiful cobalt blue compact is stamped " Germany Sterling " on the interior of the compact. Button & hinge in excellent working order. Gorgeous compact! The vibrant hand painted scene on the front of the compact is a man putting a flower in a ladies hair. The blue enameling around the hand painted scene and on the back of the compact is exquisite and in very good condition with no cracks or loss. The interior of the compact is gilt with a mirror and spinning compartment with original powder puff. The compact has not been cleaned - there is some patina, leaving that to buyer’s preference.
