This is a gold tone metal buckle with a tooled leather inlay, the initials "JK", and colored with red, white, blue and silver enamel, made in the U.S.A., by W, in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-1/2", will fit both a 1-1/2" & 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.7 oz.
