One of the more compact members of the Neotropical bueberry genus Ceratostema, C. glans is a showy epiphyte endemic to middle elevation cloud forest in Morona-Santiago Province in southeastern Ecuador. Free-flowering and relatively easy to grow. Can be grown to specimen size in a 6" hanging pot. A good starter species for first-time growers of Neotropical blueberries with attractive foliage and flowers. All plants offered are greenhouse grown on benches in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Shipping: Plants will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number for physical addresses within three working days of receipt of payment, weather permitting. 72 hour heat packs are available for an additional nominal charge.
