In 2010 she pioneered a womens support group called The Womens Prayer Line which is currently still being supported by women and for women. In 2014 The Road 2 Success 4 You became The Empowerment Center of Charlotte. Through it, Lisa Santiago and her husband Brian K. McNeill, along with her business partner (and god-daughter) are committed to empowering the community with entrepreneurial education.
