Your Spanish Chalet Features 4 well-appointed bedrooms each with attached bathrooms. The 2 master suites have a queen and king bed, and both have direct access to the pool area. Our swimming pool has an attached jacuzzi and multi colored lights for night time swimming. We also have a bluetooth speaker light on the patio that can play your favorite music while at the pool. Our home is at the most convenient spot in Florida! Exactly at the crossroads of rt192 (road to Disney/Universal) and rt 27 (excellent local restaurants). We are centrally located and a gated, monitored community. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Easy, no contact access to the home and gated areas. Our community has a FREE putt-putt golf course, kids zone and community hall open 8am-8pm. Enjoy free coffee, olympic sized swimming pool, movies, and pamphlets on all kinds of attractions in our area. We have a game room inside our home and 500 video games along with 1gig wifi and an office computer. The Wi-Fi is powerful and can accommodate up to 10 devices at full speed. Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests, but 4-6 is comfortable. We are 10 minutes from Disney World, about 25 minutes to Universal, 25 minutes to LEGOLAND, 20 minutes to Sea World, 1 hour to Daytona, 1 hour to Tampa, 1hour to Cape Canaveral (SPACE X launches almost every month), 35 minutes to Wild Florida and much more...
