Description: We are offering a vintage 1937 Aynsley bone china trinket, catch-all, pin dish commemorating the coronation of King Edward VIII of the United Kingdom. Due to his abdication of the crown, the coronation never took place. The surface image is by an applied colorful transfer image of Edward VIII. This dish is in good used condition with no chips, breaks, repairs, cracks to note. The underside of the dish does contain stilt marks that appear to be scratched from production that have discolored. The surface also contains some minor irregularities and discoloration in the glazing. The dish was well cared for. The gold border is in good condition with very little wear to note.
