Author Biography Dr. Sara Musaddiq is serving as Associate Professor and Chairperson of Department of Chemistry, The Women University Multan. She has also served as Director Quality Enhancement Cell. She earned her PhD degree in Natural Product Chemistry in 2014 from the Islamia University Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Dr Sara is founding Editor-in-Chief, of the Journal Frontiers in Chemical Sciences. Being an energetic young scientist, she is playing her role in community services by conducting research to explore the potential of precious natural resources. Her research remains focused on unraveling the mysteries of natures chemical repertoire, with a particular emphasis on exploring the medicinal potential of local herbs as well as use of natural resources in synthesis of nanomaterials. In addition to her research endeavors, Sara Musaddiq is deeply committed to mentorship and education, inspiring the next generation of scientists to explore the wonders of natural product chemistry. In order to sustain her research group, Dr. Sara has received several competitive research grants including research grant under National Research Program for Universities from HEC Pakistan.
