This is a reverse-holo card. According to Bulbapedia, this card was released in April 2001 in conjunction with the movie Spell of the Unown: Entei. According to my research, just 15 of the 53 Wizard’s promos from the first set came individually sealed in cellophane. (There were two others that came sealed together: numbers 51 and 52.) Here is one of the fifteen, still sealed in the original packaging. Condition: This is a new card sealed in its original packaging. The cellophane is in great shape.
