Description: FIVE VERY TINY 0603 BRIGHT WHITE FLASHING SMD LEDs WITH 7 INCH PRE-WIRED LEADS. SMD means they are usually "Surface mounted". But with the 7 inch leads they can be used as you would any other led or lamp. They are .06 mm x .03 mm. They're also brighter and last for years longer than an incandescent lamp. They are excellent for HO or N scale. They can be used for the flashing lights on top of the F40PH Amtrak engines, headlights and tail lights (we have them in red also), or just about anywhere you might want some very small lights. They're excellent to use with DCC (Digital Command Control) as they can be soldered directly to the appropriate point on your decoder. They are 2.8 V to 3.4 V, 15 - 20 ma. The tiny wires are .28 mm, red is positive and black is negative. They can also be used with your standard 12 Volt or higher DC model railroad with the appropriate resistor. Let me know what voltage you're using and I'll include the resistor at no additional cost. Note: The anode (positive) lead is red, and the cathode (negative) lead is black If you would like more than five just hit "Buy Now" again for five more, etc. The shipping remains at $1.00 no matter how many you want. Any help you might need or questions you might have about voltage, resistance etc. we will be happy to answer! We accept Paypal, which also gives you the option of "Paypal Credit", or using your debit and/or credit cards! Have you seen our "Constant Brightness Super Bright Locomotive Headlight kit" , or our "3 volt grain of wheat 3 mm lamps" to light up those dark passenger cars? Both available !
