I have a personal collection of over 60 arcade classics, as well as maintain a Facebook page where all repairs are documented and photographed, so that details of the repair can be shared with the arcade community.Here are the details of this listing: You box up and send your non-working boardset to us. Please do not send a boardset where every socketed IC has been purposely replaced with known bad IC chips or it will be returned to the buyer. Your boardset should appear similar to the pictures listed above. If the board is dusty, that's OK as these boards are over 40 years old and should be a bit dusty and dirty!! We will clean the boardset of all dirt, dust, and then the soldering flux from the IC socket replacement. We will first clean the boardset, followed by replacing ALL of the junky factory IC sockets with new dual-wipe IC sockets. No more intermittent IC socket connections ever again. The socketed ICs will have their legs cleaned and missing heat sinks will be replaced. The boardset will then be repaired, function tested to make sure it's playing and looking correct, burn-in tested for 24 hours, then shipped back to you. We pay for the return shipping to you (U.S. only)!! The $115 price includes all parts and labor with the exception of the 40 pin custom "Pokey" IC chip. If this chip is found to be bad, we will contact you about replacement options. We only use quality Pace brand soldering/desoldering equipment so your board will not be butchered up during the socket replacement process, as well as quality IC sockets.If you have any questions, please ask and we'll be happy to answer them for you.
