The size of the platform on this depot is 23" long by 15 1/2" deep, and the building stands 15" tall overall. Features include: - Solid weather resistant construction assembled with galvanized fasteners and waterproof adhesives, then finished with exterior grade paints and stains - Low voltage lighting system with interior and exterior lights. 18V max. No power source included - Insect proof PVC base won't ever wick moisture or rot - Open base design allows access to building interior - Waterproof PVC roof has been embossed and painted for the look of slate shingles with snow dogs! ( Who doesn't love snow dogs? ) - Corrugated aluminum lower roof won't rust and is waterproof as well - Detailed windows and doors feature clear acrylic window panes, shutters and curtains - All doors and windows are fixed in place and do not open or operate - Semaphore signal on the front manually rotates, so you can signal approaching trains - Steps and ramp are not attached, so they can be placed in any location. Depot includes 4 - sets of steps, a loading ramp, 3 - trees in barrels, 3 - barrels, 5 - benches, 3 - crates and 2 piles of firewood.
