Description: Heads Of Families 1790 First US United States Census Maryland history published by the Government Printing Office in Washington DC in 1907. This very rare book has a remarkable history, having been in the Washington Memorial Library as well as in the collection of the Mary Hammond Washington chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution DAR, both located in Macon Georgia GA. Ex Libris stamp and book plate visible. I am not sure how many copies were in this edition, but this book, as well as the other I am selling, both appear to be hand numbered #161. The book is in good overall condition with a tight binding and some wear as seen in pics. The map has been poorly folded at some point as seen. There is a blank page of front matter that is removed from the binding, but as stated the binding is tight. A few of the front matter pages have a few tears but the title page is good as seen.
