This receiver frequency is currently set to 7k, it can be easily changed to 10k by taking it to your local Invisible Fence dealer to be reprogrammed (free of charge), if needed. IMPORTANT, MUST READ ALL BELOW!!! You must know what frequency (7k or 10k) your transmitter box is set to and must match this receiver/collar frequency(7K) in order to work. To do this just open the cover of your transmitter box and see which (7k or 10k) the light is lit up next to. Transmitter Must be set to 7K. Compatible with: Boundary Plus Systems in SSP-A Mode. Indoor and Outdoor Shields or Shields “Plus” Transmitters. 800 series transmitters To get the full benefit of this Boundary Plus Receiver you will want to pair it with a Boundary Plus Transmitter in SSP-A Mode, at 7k frequency. It will work with 800 series transmitters but there is no reason to spend this kind of money on a receiver like this unless you use it with a Boundary Plus Transmitter in SSP-A mode.
