Description: Ira Monte, Spanish (Born 1918). Ira Monte worked as a restorer at the Sevilla Museum between 1960 and 1965. He was selected by the Spanish Government to be in a group show to travel the major countries of the World during 1958 and 1959. Maintained a studio in Barcelona and Rome. Studied in Fine Arts Academy, Barcelona 1937-1941, Academia de Belles Artes, Madrid 1954. Oil on Canvas of Tropical Birds Signed Lower Left. Canvas Measures 28"H x 20"W, frame measures 33"H x 25"W.
