A group of pages are dog-eared. Spine is very tight. Name written on the front and back inside cover, and on the first page. Head and tail of the spine are turned, scuffed, chipped and frayed. No noticeable marks with a quick flip thru the text. Corners are bumped. Spotting on the edge of the leaf. Leather is beginning to split at the hinges. Estate find.
