Description: A complete 86-piece set of the famous cereal give-away buttons, one came in each box of Pep cereal. Issued over a two year period 1945-1946, there were five sets of 18, and each set contained a Superman, so there were 86 different buttons. The photos show each of the five sets as issued (only one with Superman). Each is 13/16" color litho. A very nice example of this set. Clean, above average, glossy condition overall. All have scattered wear and surface marks; two have small dents; Phantom has some paint loss; small rust spot/abrasions on Flat Top; backs are clean. See photos.
