Outstanding construction as expected from the Kittinger Colonial Williamsburg Reserve Collection model number CW 44 Condition Report: Very Sturdy Chair Frame in Good condition, scuffs and scratches as expected with usage. Fabric is in bad condition with some wear and stains. Needs new upholstery Measurements: Chair measures 40" H X 28" W X 29.5" D SH 20" Buyer responsible to arrange and pay for shipping.
