L.E. Smith Glass Amber Moon and Stars 4 7/8th inch Epergne Footed Bowl VGUC

Description: This is a good used condition amber pressed glass replacement lid (I believe for the 6224 small compote to candy bowl) in the Moon and Stars pattern that was produced in the 1960's-1980's by LE Smith Glass, USA. The lid is free of cracks or repairs that I can find. There are small chips on the seven of the scalloped edge points where the lid meets the bowl. The glass is bright and healthy with no fogging from hard water exposure. The piece is about 2 7/8th inches tall to the top of the knob, about 4 inches across the receiver lip that sets inside the bowl and about 4 5/8th inches across to the scallop point edge. I do not have the candy bottom for this piece. I sold it years ago. This piece was in another box that I just unpacked. I'm in the process of downsizing my collection of items from store and family. I've had most of these pieces packed away for years. As I unpack them I'll be listing the contents. Please be sure to look at all the pictures, they are part of the item description.
