They are designed as part of a matched system using an AVV air handler or variable speed communicating furnace with a CM coil. There is no air handler, coil or furnace included. Please research this unit before purchasing. It will have to be compatible with the rest of your A/C system to work properly. Listing is for a Luxaire Acclimate Variable Capacity 4 TON 20 SEER 10.5 HSPF Heat Pump HL20B4821SA. This unit comes new out of box and has never been installed. There is a ding on the lower right side of the unit's casing on three of the "grills" (circled in red in photo) and there are a couple light scratches from being moved around with no box but overall it is in excellent shape cosmetically. Looks new. The ding is merely cosmetic. There are some aluminum fins that have been on one small spot on the coil behind this area but the actual tube behind these fins is fine. Includes manual. The plastic "Luxaire" sign that sits on the front of the unit is missing. The plastic "High Efficiency" sign on the back is there.
