Description: This is a Marantz 4230 Vintage Receiver. Stereo 2 + Quadraradial 4 unit. Made in the early 70s, Designed in the USA and produced in Japan. Unit has been reconditioned and restored by Arnel Bautista of Virginia Beach VA. All drivers and boards have been rebuilt and tested. Will last for another 50 years. All lights, lamps and indicators are working great and as they should. Silver face is in very nice condition with no visible scratches or markings. There is signs of aging but still shows extremely well. All lettering is visible and intact with no smudges or peeling. The glass is all intact with no cracks or scratches. All knobs and buttons are operational and in great condition. Everything works as it should. The cabinet is in nice condition with no dents or markings. The left side does have some lite wear that could easily be restored. The original power cord is fully intact, with 2 small spots where the insulation was rubbed, but did not go through to the wire, Still very solid. The unit sounds great, reconditioned and looks nice, however, it will be sold as is.
