Description: Custom Repainted Resculpted CM One Of A Kind Andalusian Stallion. Mattel original "1/6" sized (approximately 12+ inches x 12 inches) Mattel "Dallas" Barbie Horse mold. This horse model is slightly larger than a traditional sized Breyer or Peter Stone model. Resculpted and repainted to be a Dappled Buckskin Andalusian Stallion performing the Spanish Walk. Original neck removed with new thick muscular neck sculpted with head down concentrating on his stepping. New chest muscles sculpted. Shoulder muscles sculpted. Original rooted hair mane and tail removed, and new sculpted long flowing mane, forelocks and floor length tail sculpted. Ears, nostrils, and hooves, carved out. New detailed stallion parts sculpted. Foot base sculpted to the front foot for added stability as he's front-heavy on three legs. Inner leg hollows in the original sculpture filled in. Seems sanded. Front leg extended for Spanish Walking gait. Entire face resculpted for a more correct and realistic look. Jaws rounded. Temples redefined. Under the jaw sculpted for more detail. Eyes made more 3 dimensional and filled in along the sides of the face. Chin, lips and nostrils resculpted. Painted in acrylics and pastels. Base color in a mixture of golden ocre and cream. Pastelled darker in multiple layer of ocres and then into browns. Entire coat covered in subtle dappling with shades of dark ocre and brown. Short white socks on hind legs. Dark shading in the underside of the lower stomach and under the inner legs and genitals. Shading on the nose, eyes, and muzzle. Black leg points. Mane and tail in matching black with faint sunbleached brown at the end of the tail. Eyes done in multiple shades of brown. Elongated pupil and sclera. Natural dark hooves with streaking and black hooves. Ashy chestnuts. Painted in acrylics and sealed in a matt sealer. Eyes and inside of the nose glossed. Hooves also polished with gloss.
