White porcelain with a 2" border of pink, mauve, blue and light-yellow flowers with parrots amongst the green leaves and branches. Trimmed in mid blue with a stroke on large handle. Holds around 9 teacups and pours without dripping (tested with water). Appears to be a display piece only and never used. In excellent condition, no cracks, chips, crazing or stains.
