Description: This is a vintage second print poster (approx. 14 1/4" x 20", and printed on vellum stock shortly after the shows by Bill Graham. This is an authorized reprinting of this poster, not a later bootleg/reproduction), promoting a series of shows featuring the Jefferson Airplane, Great Society (with Grace Slick in her pre-Airplane days) & Heavenly Blues Band. These shows took place June 10 & 11, 1966 at the historic Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco. This classic psychedelic sixties image was designed by Wes Wilson, and is the 10th image in the Bill Graham Fillmore series. This beautiful poster has been very carefully preserved for over forty-five years, and remains in EXCELLENT/FLAWLESS condition, and would make a very nice substitute for the much more expensive first print ($1,000+).
