This locomotive is brand new and will arrive with all original paper, packaging and parts. Please look at photos before buying!!!!!! Our payment policy is as follows; Payment is due within 2 days of the auctions closing unless notified before hand and a payment arrangement is made otherwise. Payment is to be made via paypal only.
