The villas are all two floors with the kitchen, living, and dining room on the first floor. Bedrooms are upstairs. You have one queen, two twins, and one sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a bath upstairs with tub and shower and one down-stairs with a shower. Guests enjoy a TV in each bedroom. There is also a TV in the living room. Each unit has a washer/dryer and there is a screened porch off the living room. My personal experience with this resort is: the townhouse is fair ; BUT-- the new water park is awesome (my kids loved it). We loved the huge hottub and lazy river. And it is in walking distance. If you are going for just the room, and not the amenities too: you probably won't enjoy this stay--and should consider another resort. FYI :-) These units don't allow pets. NO PETS ALLOWED.
