The extensions are made from high impact resistant polymer which withstand drop test and can operate in temperatures from -20 degrees F to 350 degrees F. This unit replaces the magazine base plate on the single stack M&P 380 SHIELD EZ. This extension does not alter the capacity of the magazine. It adds approximately 1/2" inch additional gripping surface with enhanced ergonomics.
