All 4 have NO chips, cracks, or crazing. All rims are smooth. Outside is glossy. Colors are bright and unfaded. All the bowls have several small scratches on outside and have utensil marks on the inside bottom. (See photos.) Comments: We acquired this set at a recent auction.
