Description: Up for sale is a rare pair of antique German pincushion/dresser/half dolls. Each measures 10" tall and have a bisque or ceramic half body attached to a pincushion covered by a dark lilac satin gown. The dolls have dark pink smoky eyes and painted lips. They have grey curly wigs with an antique lace scarf. They are bare breasted and clasp their hands. Both are in very good condition for their age - over 100 years old. One has a s,all repair to the tip of her nose and a tiny chip on one of her hands - looks more like a factory flaw than damage. These dolls have a somewhat spooky Gothic look. A very rare pair of dolls - you won't find another matching pair like these.
