Description: this is a super neat primitive, antique hand made wood flour bin/storage box. it's in antique condition, with all of the wear to go along with its age. I'm estimating this to be from the late 1800s? it has had several repairs to holes (which are clearly visible), it has lots of wear throughout, and the lid has come detached from the box at some point. the original hinges are there still attached to the lid & I'm sure it can be reattached to the box. I did not try because I thought it might be neat if someone had appropriately aged small nails or tacks to reattach it with. (I included close-up pics of the original nails still on the lid part for reference.) it's a neat old piece, with lots of character & will be a great piece for a collector or just a great decorative item for your house/kitchen. 'Lancaster Flour Company' is routered or engraved into the front of the box. approximate measurements (with lid placed on top): 12 x 18.5 x 11.5 in
