Description: RARE VINTAGE CHINESE EXPORT STERLING SILVER GILT Amethyst FILIGREE BRACELET A very fine and rare vintage Art Deco 1920s/30s Chinese gold gilded silver filigree hinged bracelet with amethyst . They are mounted on the most beautiful and intricate gold gilded silver filigree base depicting floral and Chinese "sho" symbols (for "longevity") . Comes with a safety chain. Stunning 1920s Art Deco piece, bathed in luxurious 24ct gilding. Bracelet in great original condition. Marked "SILVER". In great vintage condition. It measures 7.75" long by 0.9" wide. Each of 4 the amethyst 0.5" x 0.75 each. It weighs 52 grams. The bracelet is in wonderful condition and is signed SILVER. The bracelet was probably made in the 1920's or 1930's. There was no trade with China between 1949 and 1971. Newer jewellery is usually signed 925. 100% Handmade Filigree Craftsmanship
