Press down on the big arm on the right, and it will advance the page. You can adjust the arms travel to regulate how much it will advance. Pictures don't show it, but the arm folds in to the left for easy storage. Measures 21" long when down and expands to around 31". Measures 14" across at widest point. Depth (arm unfolded) is approximately 16". Looks in pretty good shape overall, and works as well as it should. I don't have a typewriter, and I didn't fiddle with the setting aside from many of the spring-loaded mechanisms, which work properly. Please look at the photos to determine condition for yourself.
