Description: This Mechanical Robot wind-up toy is a vintage-style lithographed tin robot that walks and moves its arms. It appears to be a tribute to the well-respected (and now quite valuable) "Easel-Back Robot" made by LineMar in Japan in the 1950's. This version has no "easel" in back, and there is no manufacturer's name on the toy itself, but research indicates this item was originally sold by Schylling and was made in China. It is at least 15 years old as I have had it in my collection that long. It is approx 9 inches tall and comes with a key marked "KY". The mechanism works. The litho is very clean, with just a couple of tiny scratches on one leg. There is no box. A very nice retro wind-up robot to add to your collection!
